Returns

For items purchased online: 

We gladly accept returns on regularly priced casual apparel that is in its original condition with original tags attached within 15 business days of your tracked receipt of goods for exchange or store credit only. The returned goods that arrive back to us must be unworn with tags and packaging in tact.  A credit less shipping and handling will be processed immediately. Please make sure to ship the item back with the tracking option.

The following items are final sale not are NOT returnable. 

• Special Occasion Dresses 
• Jewelry & Accessories 
• Any item that has had the original tags removed
• Any Item that has been worn. 
• For the health and safety of our staff and customers, we cannot accept a return if the item is covered in animal/pet hair, smells of smoke or other toxic scents. 
• Sale & Clearance Items are NOT returnable at all.  

In Store Purchases Return Policy:

We gladly accept returns on regularly priced casual apparel that is in its original condition with original tags attached for exchange or store credit. Exchanges and store credits are honored within 30 days of your purchase. All returns require the original receipt. Credits are kept on your account and cannot get lost. They cannot expire. They do not reduce in value over time.
